Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Hermanos Fuego & Sabor ("we", "us", "the company"), the client accepts these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from the service shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
- 02
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform in writing any allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction before the event.
Hermanos Fuego & Sabor is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by ingredients that were not reported in advance.
- 03
Consumption at Client's Own Risk
Once the food is delivered and accepted by the client, consumption is at their own risk.
The company is not responsible for discomfort, allergies, food poisoning or effects derived from the handling, storage or later consumption of the food.
- 04
Food Handling After Delivery
The client agrees to keep the food under adequate hygiene and temperature conditions after service.
The company is not responsible for damage or effects caused by incorrect handling after delivery or after the service has ended.
- 05
Reckless Behavior During the Event
The company is not responsible for accidents, burns, falls or damages caused by guests who handle equipment, utensils or kitchen areas without authorization.

If the client requests last-minute changes that alter ingredients or preparations, the company is not responsible for effects related to those changes.
