When you fill out our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count and any message you write. When you call or text (786) 509-1831, we may store your phone number in our internal records to follow up on your quote.

We do NOT collect: browsing behavior, IP address for tracking, third-party advertising cookies, or any biometric data.

We use the information you provide solely to: (a) respond to your quote request, (b) confirm the details of your event, (c) coordinate the delivery and setup on the event date, and (d) follow up after the event if we need to arrange anything (equipment retrieval, invoicing, etc.).

We do NOT use your information for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose you did not explicitly consent to.

We do NOT share, sell, rent or trade your personal information with any third party. Ever.

The only exceptions are: (a) if we are legally required to disclose it (subpoena, court order), or (b) if you explicitly ask us to share it with someone (a wedding planner, an event coordinator).

We retain the contact information from your quote request for as long as needed to serve you plus 24 months for accounting and follow-up. After that, we archive or delete it.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hermanosfuegoysabor@gmail.com.

Your contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Records are kept on business devices with password protection.

This is a small family business — no data warehouse, no advertising integrations, no CRM syncs. Your info stays with the two brothers running the catering.

You have the right to: (a) ask what we have stored about you, (b) request corrections, (c) request full deletion, (d) opt out of any future communication.

Our services are directed at adults booking catering for events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always live at this URL. Substantial changes will be dated at the top of this page.
