FAQ

Answers before you ask.

Everything you need to know before booking — from what's included to how far we travel.

What is included in the paella price?

The chef, house salad, bread, and serving-table set-up. Dinnerware and utensils are not included.

How early does the chef arrive?

1.5 to 3 hours before service, depending on the size of the order.

What does the chef service include?

The chef cooks everything fresh on site and serves the paella. Stays 30 minutes after service; each additional hour is $50 per chef.

Do you provide a tent for sun or rain?

No — the customer is responsible for weather protection.

What areas do you serve?

Miami-Dade included. West Palm Beach and Key Largo–Key West: $1.50 per mile one-way. Other areas: $1.00 per mile one-way from our warehouse in Miami, FL.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have the date. Weekends and holidays fill up fast.

Is the deposit refundable if I cancel?

No. We charge 30% up front because your reservation blocks other potential clients on the same day.

What info do I need to book?

Email, date, serving time, event address, your full name, phone, the menu items, and guest count per menu. Text (786) 509-1831 or email us with all of that.

Do you cook for fewer than 20 people?

No. Paellas and appetizers require a minimum of 20 people; roasted pork and grill start at 40.
